Add one (1) heaping scoop to 16 oz of cold water and Stir (20-30 seconds) or Shake (30-40 seconds) or Blend (45-60 seconds).
For a thicker shake try mixing Pro Complex Gainer in a blender with milk and ice.
Between Meals: Drink 1-2 servings of Pro Complex Gainer between meal to encourage a positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet.
Post-Workout: Begin drinking one(1) seving of Pro Complex Gainer 30-60 minutes following exercise to support maximum recovery.
Before Bed: Drink one (1) serving of Pro Complex Gainer about 45-60 minutes before bed to provide nutrients to recovering muscle throughout the night. For best results, combine with a sensible diet and exercise program.
As a general rule, consume approximately one gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, split evenly over 5-7 meals and/or supplements. |
